My Son My Alarm Clock

It's been a couple of months, my son now is now my alarm clock. Just don't understand, no matter whether it is 8.00 pm, 9.00pm or 11.pm...he still wakes up at 6.30pm without fail. You might think he must be hungry but I can assure you that he wakes up and turns cranky....asking me to wear my specs and go out to the livingroom so he can start his running around.

Ditching his Stroller...

JinYu have already ditch the stroller many months back. From then he either leading me on a walk around the shopping or carrying him which makes me tired. He might be small but carrying for a long time sure give me a back ache after that. But you will be amazed at how many time little JinYu will stop and check out things. Even a tiny little thing on the floor, he is able to spot it. They sure have a better eye sight.

And sometimes, I call this hyperactive...running around alot until it does drive me crazy. But it is definitely an exciting journey for him to do his checkout. 

BPA Free - Why Now Why Not Before

As a parent, we all wanted the best for our child. Why NOW! until today! 

I just don't understand some companies that have been making bottles for so many years and did they not know when they are manufacturing this bottle with this BPA does harm our little ones we love. I dare to say there is a few good brands like Avent and Dr. Brown is not yet BPA free. 

If you find your existing bottles cracked, scratch or dented...do not use it anymore for the safety of your child, throw it away! Never even save it for the next child of yours. Read the instructions on the packing, do not just open and throw (which i believe most of us do)

Today it is about making $$$, technology improves but health safefy is neglected. Until something happen then only this companies will take immediate action

Just look at the dairy products from China before and now bottles from US and UK. Protect your child now. Don't just buy for the sake of the brand. We have to be a smarter consumer and as the choice is in our hand.

I'm not a Sucker Yet

Pardon me as i am not trying to be rude here.  He is sure not a sucker...we can see many kids are already drinking from bottles that comes with straws...

This photo above is taken when he is around 19 months old. 

He yet to know how to drink(suck) from the straw even though we have tried with Ribena or some fruit juice. He only bites the straw with his 16 pieces of teeth...(even the doctor say he has too many teeth grown at his age).

He is just not yet a sucker or he is lazy. He still prefers drinking from his bottle, or drinking from the cup but he spills the water more than drinking...

Anyone has better idea?!
